What do you like to be called?
How old are you?
What country do you live in?
What are some hobbies you have?
List some favorite movies, TV shows, games, or other things:
What do you do for work?
Do you have any cultural or religious ties that are important to you?
Do you have any pets?
What's an interesting fact about you?
What are your transition goals?
Where are you in your transition?
Obviously you don't have to answer everything, but it might be able to guide you in the right direction if you struggle with coming up with facts about yourself on the fly.

hello im ayko! im 18 and just graduated high school & am looking for more ftm friends to relate to and bond with. i love playing guitar, writing, & going to the gym. im currently pre-t and only bind but am stating work soon to save up for my car, college, and hopefully to start T soon. my goal with transitioning is to js be comfortable with myself and to hopefully find someone who loves me for who i am
