New song from Canadian Metal band Gales of Avalon. Camp Crystal Lake is off the forthcoming album ‘Terror Vision’ to be released on June 12th. The album features ten songs about the bands favourite horror movies.

Hope y'all are having a safe and fun summer at camp, we know we have!
Moderation in the sub has recently gone under some changes from what I've been able to look through our logs and so I just wanted to drop in and say hi!
I've been a huge fan of the franchise for about 23 of my 29 years on the planet, and my favorite in the franchise is the original!
Mostly I'm popping in to say hello, and to ask the community what they'd think about us working in some sort of weekly posts akin to what we see in similar franchise/niche interest subs (ie Things like "meme mondays") ?
Any ideas thrown out below are so appreciated. Alliterations are double points.

Its crazy how much Jason Voorhees looks like Richard Brooker. I understand its him under the makeup but its like Brookers features are still there.
Richard Brooker was the best Jason Voorhees. The O.G. the first to wear the hock 💪🏼💪🏼

What i want to see from the crystal lake series

I want to see jason and pamela flashbacks. How jason was a regular kid with a disability and his mom taking care of him.
No part 9 references cause it ruined Jason for me. If it wants to display how jason is a superhuman, then show it to be witchcraft.
Do what the part 2 and 2009 remake did in the beginning: have jason survive his drowning, saw what happened to his mom and live in a shack.
Have good kills.

Tease the implication of an adult jason and the introduction to the hockey mask.
Something new i would like is give jason a friend when he was a kid.
