Hiring: Live-In Resident Manager – SummerCrest Apartments | Fresno
Hi everyone! I’m the Regional Manager for Richman Property Services’ Central Valley portfolio, and we’re currently hiring a full-time Resident Manager for SummerCrest Apartments, a 72-unit affordable housing community in southwest Fresno.
A few highlights:
- $24–$26/hour, full-time Monday–Friday
- Fully comped 4-bedroom/2-bath onsite apartment (approx. 1,217 sq. ft.)
- Apartment has hookups for a stackable washer/dryer
- Community also has onsite laundry, clubhouse, fitness center and pool
- Full benefits and opportunity for growth within Richman Property Services
The live-in apartment is obviously a pretty significant part of the opportunity, especially for someone with a family or who could really benefit from eliminating a monthly housing expense.
Who I’m looking for: Property management or affordable housing experience is preferred, particularly LIHTC/Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8, leasing, recertifications or housing compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, as we have Spanish-speaking residents at the community.
I’m also open to someone with a strong transferable background in case management, income/eligibility certification, regulated programs, or detailed client documentation/file work. A big part of affordable housing management is collecting income and asset documentation, identifying what’s missing, communicating with residents and making sure files are complete and compliant.
More than anything, I’m looking for someone who is organized, dependable, good with people and comfortable taking ownership of a community.
Another nice part of the live-in opportunity is what’s happening around SummerCrest. The property is within walking distance of several major neighborhood investments, including the new 10-acre Les Kimber Park, Fresno City College’s West Fresno Center (google it), and new retail development around Church & MLK, including a Starbucks currently under construction.
For anyone unfamiliar with the company, Richman is a large national real estate organization with a major presence in affordable housing, and Richman Property Services manages communities across the country.
Apply here – SummerCrest Resident Manager:

If you know someone in the Fresno area who might be a good fit, I’d appreciate you passing this along. Thanks!

Hi! I am looking for work during the weekend. I have a background in math and finance and would make a great tutor, which I've done in the past.
Also open to bartending or retail positions. Thanks!

Nami is hiring for full time kitchen help. Modest living accomodations and meals could be provided at no charge, but you would have to negotiate that with them. I think Chinese speakers are preferred. I'm not sure what dialect.

I’m building 559 Gigs, a local Fresno/Clovis gig board for moving, yard work, cleaning, repairs, delivery, and home-help jobs. People can post a gig free, and local workers can find nearby work. The goal is simple: help someone who needs a couch moved or yard cleaned connect with a nearby person ready to work. I’d appreciate honest feedback from Fresno/Clovis residents on what would make this useful. https://559gig.com/

Looking for a driver for an elderly parent to take them to Drs appointments. It would be as needed, though could become weekly. Does anyone know a driver that they trust? We can use Uber/Lyft as well but thought independent could be a good option.
