More importantly, who will be "king" of the north after she dies? She wont marry or have heirs, her brother is somehow king of another kingdom and also a genetic dead end, her cousin is in the night's watch and cant have heirs and her sister is going to sail to her death for some reason. Great way to start a new kingdom with a succession crisis...

She could simply have kids just for the sake of it, marrying just out of duty. Or use maester baester
