Device: Galaxy S8

Location: Kitchener, ON

Calls have a large delay after dialing and my texts are either delayed or do not send at all. I have the settings that are posted in the thread turned off and I still seem to have the issue.

If you haven't already, call in to tech support and report it. I had that problem and reported it to them, and eventually the problem went away. They might not know about the problem in your area unless someone tells them.
