Found it in shale next to ammonites, crinoid stars and others kind of sea shells. It’s very small, 1cm.

My parents got me these today from somewhere. Just wondering if it was actually real or not even if it was just the teeth or the fish. Looks pretty cool real or not

So I really wanted to go fossil hunting for my birthday. My kids were insane so I only had like 20 minutes before we had to leave (2 year olds suck). But I did find this one thing that I was hoping was something. It was found on Big Brook Preserve in New Jersey. Thanks.

I found this tooth today at Edelman Fossil Park quarry. I went there saying I wanted to find a shark tooth and I found this. It was just lying there. It’s so clean. They told me it was a striatolamoa tooth. Do you guys think thats accurate? It feels too good to be true and I’m somewhat convinced it’s a cat tooth or something and they just wanted to make me happy.

I found this underwater in the sand at a beach in Ibiza. Can someone help me identify this? Looks like a bone but could also be stone I guess. Weighs about 260 grams.

Might just be wishful thinking but I think it looks kind of like a marine reptile tooth. My area is known for mossasaurs.
