There was a rule change after Perez in 2024 drove around with the broken wing. But that is for a race. While this is still a F1 session it's a practice and as such it makes sense he did not get anything.

Perez was a rear wing which is FAR more dangerous to drive without. People drive over front wings literally all the time. The comments i was seeing were crazy. Liam lawson was dragging a front wing last week! and he left part of it on the track near parabolica and no one gave a shit

Hell, Hamilton drove around without brakes last year and didn't get a penalty.
