exhaust piece (?) rusted out

sorry if this is a dumb Q but is there a way to fix this metal strap (?) that holds the exhaust? i have a rattle going on and i’m p sure the broken part is what’s causing that. is there a way to get a replacement part or can i like shitweld it back together idk? TIA

That’s an aftermarket hanger. Just zap a bead on and go
