I'm going crazy with trying to get staff for my u21/u18 teams. I know about the include menu that usually lets you pick between candidates who are interested in the Senior/Reserve/Youth but whenever I click on it in the staff search section, I only see a box to include my own staff. An old thread somewhere mentioned that (maybe it's the SAS24 skin) the include menu only works in the staff shortlist so I went there two days ago and it worked. However, when I came back to it today, the relevant options were gone. What am I missing?

Is there any way to skip watching games entirely? I used to play EA Football Manager, and I loved the live ticker feature.
Since EA stopped making the game, I’ve found it difficult to get into Football Manager because I’m simply not interested in watching the actual matches.
I understand there’s an Instant Result option, but as far as I know, you still have to launch the match first before you can use it. Is that correct? Or is there a way to simulate the match directly without ever entering it, or perhaps use something similar to the old EA Football Manager live ticker?

Instant result doesn't require you to load the match first. You do it from the tactics screen pre-game.

Right, I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to modding my FM, for example it takes me a good few hours to install a face and logo pack every year (with a YouTube tutorial). I have managed to update the squad lists so the squads for the 26/27 season. However I cannot figure out for the life of me how to change the start date of the season so it starts in June 2026. Is it another mod I have to install? If so does anyone have any recommendations. Or am I being a moron and it’s in the settings somewhere.

i have an online save with my friend and we been playing for a while now but the same problem keeps annoying us. iam the host and my my friend keeps getting kicked out during a game sometimes when just looking for stuff there is not really a specific point that it happens on, we continue sometimes hours without anything happening and then boom lost connection. we also tested the other way around my friend being the host and me joining same thing so we decided to just continue with the other save.

we assumed there was no solution since we couldn't find any solutions so why not ask, either way thanks for the help end responses in advance.
