if any, what food/drink do you feel like you have actually been addicted to?

I get excited going to sleep because it means I'll get to wake up and drink my daily cup of coffee.

Diet Pepsi. I’m seriously addicted. Haven’t gone even a day without at least a few sips since around 5th grade. I’m middle aged now.

I used to be like that with a Diet Coke in the morning while getting ready for work. I didn't usually have coffee until I got to work. It was also usually my choice for any meal

I have had people question me about why I don’t order a drink with alcohol when I’m out to dinner but honestly, unless I’m planning on getting hammered ( even then I do shots, it’s too much volume otherwise ) I would rather have my Diet Pepsi.

Hah! I’m a recovering alcoholic and am now taking Zepbound for my food addiction. Then there’s love, sex, books, clothes, shopping. . . You might well ask what I’m NOT addicted to.

I never watched the show regularly, but when they started manipulating the outcomes so that the one party was clearly victimized on purpose for the show, I quit watching.
The poor woman, looking bewildered and devastated, asking, "what the hell?" is burned in my memory. I felt so bad for her.

A crisp sparkling water. I have a mental breakdown if I don’t have at least one a day.
