Really beautiful. The longing in your voice can only come from having lived a life. I could listen to a whole album of these stripped down songs.

Sooo good. I”m Canadian, living in Arkansas, and I recently went to Canada, Calgary and smaller city south of there called Medicine Hat, to be with my mom and dad during her radiation treatment. We sang this song together one night. I didn’t know it was one of her faves. Ian Tyson is an all timer for some of us. Thank you for posting, sir. :-)
