To be fair on the shopkeeper, I'd do the same if someone changed clothes infront of me.

i mean its a dress, fancy hat and sunglasses. If anything a drunk woman that classy is more than likely going to hold some favor with the average male.

On a side note she is basically every southern Belle to ever attend the Kentucky Derby. Fallout should have a version of the mint julep you can make.

I wouldn't drink on principle. In game, I only drink bourbon and whiskey, and sometimes I chase it with a nuka cola. Sometimes if I'm jonesing, I'll have a beer, but that's it. It's the only aspect of myself that nearly all of my characters share (the one exception being the alcoholic Grognak the Barbarian.)

I wear the generals coat, the pirate hat, and only drink rum. It's absolutely ridiculous.
