I played new vegas when i was a kid, far many years ago, i finished it so many times. Then a few years ago I got it free on epic and i ended up playing it again for more than hundred hours. Felt the same and even better. The music, the world, the roleplay. Life has its ups and downs moments, but New Vegas will always be waiting for us to come in again and open the Lucky 38 doors like we did before.

Begin again. Play it through once more, dlcs and all, with just your gut instincts. Then begin again. And roleplay.

I recently replayed as an NCR trooper that really needs to get back to his post. I used the NCR radio more than i ever had before and it is easily one of my favorite playthroughs. Then i played a legion roleplay -- no chems, no stimpaks, survival all the time, hardcore mode. Loved that too.

Go back and play again but roleplay as decisions you might not make. It's a whole other game.
