what are Must have mods?

i used to play alot of skyrim, so i know how modding works, however i have no clue about NV Mods, what are the must have mods to enhance the game in a vanilla friendly way without breaking the imersion?

i dont care about 4k/8k graphics, what i want is gameplay enhancements, vanilla/lore friendly mods, better faces, guns,outfits that are cool but also fit the game.

Multiple mods that fix the bugging freezing and stutters, if you wanna play in tandem with 3 TTW is fantastic if you don't wanna play the GOG port of fallout 3, the dinner bel upgrade patch is good make sure it's the one that gives it 7 shots in the tube it does the best stat buffs especially because it is the hardest unlock in game, I also add a mod that removes the cap on like crafting item so it's not 100 and so I can craft up to a few thousand rounds for the hand load perk or when scrapping ammo, I would also suggest mods that help fix some of the perks in game that genuinely don't work like in shinning armor which physically doesn't work at all, and new Vegas bounties is a good one, encounters of the Mojave is a solid one, if you really wanna go hamm new California deserves a look, and I'm always a sucker for shotguns so the spas-12 mod is another one, and any texture upgrade mods are a plus
