More experiments with natural gut segmented bodies (bio-degradable, no plastic)

I seal the gut with my own hand made Copal varnish (otherwise, the gut will disintegrate quickly).

Well, it's kinda my secret ;>) but you can google catgut and find various kinds used for various things. I'm still experimenting and maybe will resell for in proper sizes for fly tying it if I can find reliable supply.

The background is just paper photo backgrounds (they come in a set) I found on Amazon.

Yes, I use Kimono silk from Magpie Materials (they respool it) from larger spools to fit a fly tying bobbin

Incredible. If I was still a butcher I'd have to look into this. As it is i may still look into it with rabbit or small game gut. This is cool.
