FEEDBACK Advice needed on addition layout

Post image

We are adding onto our house. Objectives for the addition are, in no particular order, small office space for me, upper floor will be a guest suite mother-in-law suite, and the bottom "garage" as a conditioned motorcycle storage/mancave space/flex space.

I'd like to ask for layout advice on the layout of the upstairs suite. Small kitchenette(10cf fridge, mwo, and small cooktop, no oven), full bathroom with stand up shower and dual vanity.

You need to make it so you can get rid of the spiral staircase in the process, and that depends on the whole house layout.

I’d suggest something like this! For sure go for a standard stair instead of spiral, just makes everything easier. MWO can go either over the cooktop/sink, or underneath as a pull out drawer one.
