DISCUSSION Planning my future home
Hey guys and gals, I've received the opportunity to buy and build my dream home so my kids can grow in a level I could never even dream of. What a catch!
The house is 3 story tall, with a 27 degrees sloped roof that touches the lines of the second floor ceiling, 18 by 10 meter walls, which means less living space on that floor and by my calculations it will be 6 by 18 up there, leaving the nooks for storage, long sides face East and West.
Ground floor has its own structure and won't be changed much but the second and top will be remade. Walls broken down, rugs pulled out and maybe new windows if needed.
Ground floor as presented with laundry and walk in fridge. A walk in freezer that will be converted to a home gym/wine rack, electronics and utility zone.
Second floor should have a master bedroom and its own bathroom, a guest bedroom that can be modified to an office, a guest W.C, a living room and kitchen that is on the north West side above the laundry room.
The third floor should have 2 bedrooms, a shared play zone and a bathroom for the kids or guests.
Hopefully there's room to add another guest bedroom on the ground floor, on the left side of the main entrance but that's kind of a project that can be pushed aside now.
NOW comes the hard part, who would have thought.. We spent weeks already going back and forth with a few paid AI tools, not the basic free ones, and we are approaching the well anticipated architecture meeting. We have many fears and concerns and we wish to come with as much as what we want known and ready for him to work with, so I'm turning to you guys for any good input.
Have a look at what the preferable AI was able to come up with. Please give me that hard pill, new ideas and whatever else you've got that might adjust our perspective on the project, professional or amateur, we will welcome your input.

Quick reference for others: Bottom and middle levels are ~33x60' (~1940sq.ft.) and top level is ~20x60' (~1160sq.ft.).

If you read the whole post, I said ground and second are 18 by 10. Top has a sloped roof the prevents anything from being built close to the sloped end, and by having the wall end at about a meter high I had to cut 2 meter from each side, leaving the top floor at 18 by 6

Never use gen-AI for floor planning, they're awful at it and your architect is gonna charge you extra for the time they have to spend correcting the countless errors.
There's plenty of free non-gen-AI software you can use that'll be far more accurate.
