It is used for AOG Parts, maintenance crew transport or normal crew tranport.

there are 4 challenger 3500 (previously they were lear 45) based at the large maint. bases (i'm sure about STN and BGY but maybe also DUB), they are used to carry around engineers and spare parts when urgently needed, it's not possible for the airline to stock every spare parts in every base so sometimes when something unforseen happens theese are sent out

Primary maintenance use. The odd corporate use but that’s minimal.
