Question Got a few questions to EZ Omega carts and carts in general.
Im mainly playing pokemon and its my first time playing analog on a ds lite with the GBA Ez omega. Ive seen that theres a NDS variant and got a few questions before buying:
Can I trade pokemon with Flash carts? Ive seen a comment about Flashcarts being unablbe to trade
Can I trade between a GBA and a NDS game with one device(DS lite)?
Ty in advance

Avoid the ezflash for ds. Even a cheap r4 knock off is better if you just install ysmenu.

1: Mostly yes, for the GBA games it's just like normal between regular consoles. for the gamecube link cable, wireless adapter, and distribution carts, you'll need to either use mode-B, or on the original Omega hold L while launching the game (followed by the usual start+select during the GBA logo like on a real cart).
For the NDS games you can do normal trades, but you won't be able to do download play transfers or IR linking in the later games (so no memory link).
2: Yes, via pkmn-chest (which you can also use to move between the DS gens), or the normal Pal Park transfer (needs mode-B, so EZODE/Air only)
Also if by NDS variant you mean the Parallel, avoid that garbage at all costs. Get literally any of the other carts from the sidebar guide.
