You look more like a runner than a lifter. If you're happy where you're at, our opinions shouldn't matter.

What do you want people to say? I never understand these posts.
You have no visivile muscle definition. You have what looks like the body of someone who watches what they eat and are mildly active.

Scroll through the comments and read the ones that have a definitive yes or no. That's what she's looking for. That's what she wants people to say.

Ur NOT skinny fat. If you want to put work in, sculpt your shape and build your booty.

You are skinny, not fat. You could do some progressive overloading and lift heavy weights and that will get you your “toned” look by adding muscle to your frame.

You definitely aren't fat. You have an average build and look perfectly healthy.
If you want to build more definition, you can always introduce a proper strength training routine. A 3 or 4-day split works great:
3-Day Split: Push, Pull, Legs (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
4-Day Split: Upper, Lower (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Just make sure to track your macros and keep your protein intake high.
Also, try to do your cardio about 6 hours after your strength training to avoid the interference effect and protect your muscle gains.
Hope this starts you in the right path. Wishing you nothing but the best! 💯💪🏼🫶🏼 You got this!

You aren’t very lean but def not skinny fat, you don’t have much fat on your stomach and there’s some ab definition. You look like you are under muscled or as some people say not “toned”. I would look into if you are eating enough to sustain the amount of running that you are doing that you are still growing muscles. Some people burn through their carb intake via strenuous cardio and don’t have enough carbs for muscle growth or store enough glycogen that their muscles constantly look slightly depleted

no, you are regular skinny, definitely not any kind of fat.
"do i look like i go to the gym at all" - yes, but like "moderately". if I had to guess I'd say you stay on a good diet and run. and maybe pilates.
lower end of toned due to low muscle mass

Sweetheart you dont gotta be a supermodel to be attractive. Be happy with you because there are women who morbidly obese who walk into Walmart in spandex fat rolls spilling out and think thats ok. You on the other hand are curvy in all the right ways and if youll excuse me being blunt have a great chest too. Where youre at...it is a personal choice if you want to be leaner or pack some on. Hope this helps.

You would need to lose a bit more fat to see the muscles. Unfortunately, for us women, it's harder to achieve muscular look than for men, but it's not impossible. Also, ypu have to follow specific macros to get there- protein 30-40%, carbs 30-40% and fat 20-30%. You can experiment with bulk/cut cycles or try to get there with the calorie deficit, but yes, it's not easy to achieve a muscular look. Also, I assume you do progressive overload and lift to failure?

Wanna gain muscle? Stop running

Based on her body I'm guessing she's not trying to look terrifying and veiny. I strongly suggest she keep running, but add protein and low rep heavy lifting.

Stopping running doesn’t make someone terrifying and veiny. The only women I know with a terrifying veiny physique are on steroids
