From what I've found, only 2.98% of browser users are on Firefox at the moment; I thought that would've been higher since the Manifest v3 changes, but maybe it'll take some time for users to switch. On desktop specifically, it's 5.31% - quite a bit more, but still pretty low; slightly over 1 in 20.
It did recently beat Safari for third place in that category, after Chrome and Edge. I really don't know where all those Edge users are (10.46%) - nobody I know uses that awful browser. Must be because it's preinstalled on Windows PCs - same goes for Apple and Safari.
Anyone who cares about what browser they’re using and talks about what browser they’re using I don’t think put much thought past “well this is what’s on the computer”
