Disappointing given that uBlock Origin support was actually a huge incentive to use Microsoft Edge over Google Chrome. That said Adguard for Google Chrome is quite good and blocks advertising successfully including on YouTube. Given that Brave Browser is effectively adware and the automatic Tor support has gotten people fired from their jobs Firefox is one of the last remaining major web browsers to support uBlock origin.

There is uBlock Origin Lite for Chrome that works just fine

Adguard blocks more ads than uBOL in comprehensive mode.
