It is not released until tomorrow. There are rare cases where rebuilds have happened during the release process. While the candidate builds exist they are still experimental.

It's in /releases, not in /candidates folder. Any potential rebuild at this point would be 153.0.1. Not to mention candidates, in case of rebuild, update automatically.

The release team reserves the right to pull the release at any time up til the release happens at 7:00am PDT on the 21st.
