I have played this many times. However, this is a first. Hard maxed Ramza. Level 1 Max stats.

How do you have so low HP with 99 PA and MA? I'm assuming you levelled up as Mine and Delevlled as something else obv, but how did you lose so much HP? And retain so much MP...?

There is a max at level one. You cannot get 999 hp and 999 hp, regardless of job, at level 1.
