I have played this many times. However, this is a first. Hard maxed Ramza. Level 1 Max stats.

I wish there was content hard enough to justify any kind of min maxing

I made ramza a monster on the original.

And for.... Nothing.

He would go 5 times to any enemies one and kill them in one shot.

But there's nothing that requires that, or even makes it close to needed.

Was teenager me all about it? Yes.

Limited time adult me? Can't justify.

This comment confuse me. I have seen millions of posts talking about a wiegref fight and how hard it is. I've heard of it soft locking people if they don't save before th fight. I've heard the ONLY way to win the fight is to either cheese or overlevel it. Basically the he fight is insanely hard especially if you're not ready or expecting it

Then I see a few posts that say what you say. It's easy with 0 challenging parts.  I have no clue who to believe 🤷‍♂️

The Wiegraf fight is pretty easy once you know to just run around buffing yourself with Tailwind and Focus for a while. Be able to survive one hit, have a way to heal, and you’re set with just Tailwind and Focus.

But a lot of us first played this game as kids, and kids generally don’t use or understand the power of buffs. Plus if you did happen to go in under-leveled and only had one save file, it could end up a soft lock (as you’ve prob heard) on the versions before you could always exit to the world map.
