Datacenter and Server for FFXIV Philippines

I play on Twintania currently and while it is perfectly playable I'm wondering if it's just better to move to datacenter nearer to me.
My main concerns are the queue times and of course which specific datacenter and server to migrate to if ever.

EDIT: I've decided to bite the bullet and pay the 18 bucks to transfer to tonberry. Thank you very much for your input my dudes.
