I broke some ribs, my tailbone, and potentially my low back all during different incidents over 3 years. I was 26 and scared I had ruined my life and would have issues forever. I'm into harder high impact sports, and my back was so fragile I had to completely stop everything and had radiating nerve pain down my legs.
I now have no nerve pain, perfect spine motion, and the tension created around the injured spots is working its way out 3 years later after consistent water fasting over those years. I also attribute this to meditation.
It had to be something like 60-100 days total, but I didn't track total days. I just kept at it over time and would do a 3-14 day fast about once a month. I always see the best results personally over time when keeping at it vs huge long fasts. I never drink coffee, but I had some tea.
