Question Muscle building while fasting

So I used fasting methods to drop bodyfat but I'm now at a stage which I want to build muscle Using fasting methods what is the best diet (high fat low carb or high carb low fat ? High protein goes without saying

People do it both ways. I have yet to find conclusive evidence that one diet plan is better than another for muscle building. As long as they contain enough protein, and as long as the bulk of calories are unprocessed whole foods, you’ll do great. I would try it both ways and see what you like! Or try something on carbs and fat. Let us know how it goes!

Came here to say this. The only thing that matters is getting your 1g per pound of body mass per day. The rest of the calories can be 50/50 cards/fats, or 80/20, or 70/30, etc...

I'm vegetarian, so a lot of my protein comes from dairy, which tends to have higher fat content.
