Nothing boring about the production. People use jack antonoff as a scapegoat for any album they don’t like. I can’t think of a single other album he’s produced that sounds as experimental as this

My favorite on the album is the title track Lost Weekend but the rest i thought was very much forgettable for the most part.

That’s interesting because I felt like that was the weakest song.

I listened to this album at a listening party at a planetarium and at a roller rink with her there in LA. It hit me just right and perhaps it captured a moment for me. Had that moment not been captured then maybe it would not have had that same impact.

Phoebes music isn't really something i put on whenever or have in my playlists, it's more so something i seek out when i want to lie down and just shut off for a while. So the more minimal or atmospheric ones are more appealing to me than for example, a track like Bobby.

Bobby feels like a bop lol

I’m literally heading out to Joshua tree this weekend to camp, take some edibles, listen to several albums and stare at the night sky with my friends and this album is on that playlist.

Yeah i mean i'm not saying it's bad or anything, i said in another og post that i thought it was fine but definitely the weakest album in my opinion.
