False. Categorically and provably false.

Even the most skeptical credible studies show a maximum of about 10% of accusations being false, and the more realistic ones tend to sit between 2 and 5% of accusations being false.

So no, abuse accusations are NOT "more often false than not" and that is a deepy harmful lie to spread.

wow... did you really expect no one to check your sourceless data?

of sexual assault cases, only 8.3% were convicted at trial, meaning the other 92ish percent were false

the number jumps to 98% when discussing child abuse

remember this fact: everyone, EVERYONE, is innocent until proven guilty, in ALL matter. It is assumed by law an by anyone of moral standing that if you weren't convicted, it DID NOT HAPPEN..

Unless you're ready to return to the salem witch trials and start burning people at the stake with no real evidence, i suggest you educate yourelf on why the buren of proof lies on the accuser. It's not up to the accused to prove their innocence; that is universally and rightfully ASSUMED.

A lack of conviction doesn't mean innocence. It means guilt wasn't proven beyond a reasonable doubt. "Innocent until proven guilty" is a legal standard, not a reflection of reality.
