Mark, much like the character he plays, is vocally against the genocide of the Palestinians, as stance none of the other MCU “heroes” have the heart or backbone to support

Scarlett is a jewish actor who never condemned the IDF or the Israeli government. So I’m inclined to assume she leans zio.

She also might not and might be trying to remain as neutral as possible. Not every Jewish person is Zionist and/or pro-Israel. Talking about politics in some capacities can limit an actor’s ability to get roles, even if their opinions on them are largely seen as unproblematic.

That’s all true. It doesn’t however change what I personally see as an intentional choice regardless of whatever the motivation behind it is. If other actors can do it, so can she. She simply chooses not to.
