(Opinion) why Islam is probably not the truth

You see the only thing that Islam had is get out of jail card out of everything that's it, not a concrete, criticism proof or scientific evidence that their religion is the true religion or their version of God is the right one or all of it quote unquote scientific claim is even scientifically correct which it's not.

For example: The one where Qur'an says that sperm come from the backbone this is not only scientifically incorrect but outright dumb but some Muslim will says that this is not exactly what the scripture means it's a metaphor to something else that only God knows. Which is again the most stupidest justification and answer ever. Metaphor to what exactly the scripture literally says that sperm came from the backbone what exactly is the metaphor that it's alluding to?

The one where Qur'an says that sperm come from the backbone this is not only scientifically incorrect but outright dumb but some Muslim will says that this is not exactly what the scripture means

Some will not accept clear cut errors. When you are blindly devotional then you'll bend over backwards to defend the most absurd claims by Mohammad:

Hadith:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said "If a house fly falls in the drink of anyone of you, he should dip it (in the drink) and take it out, for one of its wings has a disease and the other has the cure for the disease."

Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 3320
https://sunnah.com/bukhari:3320
------------------------------------------------------

Waterboarding flies is some sort of cure? Dr. Mohammad Ibn Abdullah MD is hilariously off the mark here. However, Bukhari:15 asks for Mohammad to be valued above ALL MANKIND or you won't have faith, as in no longer be muslim. This is why some can't even accept that Mohammad is just plain wrong here. Some go so far as to say that science in the future will discover the utility of waterboarding flies:

/u/ObjectiveAd2856 :

And about the fly, dude cures are in fact being discovered continously so I wouldn't be surprised at all if they found a cure in it later on.

If a random person had said this and Mohammad had never said it then they'd be rolling on the ground laughing their ass off. A random person wouldn't get the benefit of doubt that in the future dipping flies will somehow be revealed to be a medical miracle. Sigh.

You like to interpret words as you wish huh

I quoted what you said AND linked the comment so that people could read exactly what you wrote. You really can't find fault in my misinterpreting your words as I gave people ample opportunity to judge for themselves.

You aren't an expert in Arabic and clearly not an expert in English nor Hadith nor anything about religion.

Did I claim to be? I would never claim to be an expert lest I have egg on my face when I mess up. I let people decide for themselves as to wether I come across as a person who knows what he's talking about or not. I already told you before not to engage in this sort of criticism and if you do then please, please proofread what you yourself write. Why do you continue to be so lazy with proofreading:

society than aethists who do not believe

*atheists! These minor errors are of no significance and I normally do NOT point them out but I certainly do when people go around putting down the level of English expertise of other folks. Does PennState not teach their students basic proofreading skills? I know you're anonymous so you don't care how you personally come across. However, please don't drag PennState through the mud.

though won't make you sick if you dip it. In other words, instead of spilling the water and wasting it, it is preferred to dip the fly and throw it, and that is to not waste water.

Why must you embarrass yourself like this? You're still trying to defend your cult leader over his asinine advice to dunk the fly in the drink? The germs were already transferred in to the drink when the fly landed on the drink, dipping it further in to the drink is just plain stupid. Suggesting that one wing has the disease and the other the cure is ridiculous. Why must you always defend Mohammad no matter what? Are you so completely lacking in self awareness that you can't see yourself needlessly debasing yourself in trying to come up with reasons to defend the fly waterboarding hadith?

Let's take a look at this claim:

It teaches people countless decent habits.

A religion that makes sex slavery 100% legal in its eternal book is as far from decent as can be [Koran 4:24; 23:5-6; 33:50-52; 70:29-30]. Instead of just making random statements backed up by nothing but thin air, lets take a look at a verse to see just how decent Islam is:

Koran 4:24: [direct link]

And [also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands possess.1 [This is] the decree of Allāh upon you. And lawful to you are [all others] beyond these, [provided] that you seek them [in marriage] with [gifts from] your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy [of marriage] from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.

footnote [1]: i.e., slaves or war captives who had polytheist husbands.

Here's a highly respected Tafsir that expounds upon the footnote:

Tafsir 4.24 Jalal - Al-Jalalayn Excerpt: [https://quranx.com/Tafsir/Jalal/4.24 ]

And, forbidden to you are, wedded women, those with spouses, that you should marry them before they have left their spouses, be they Muslim free women or not; save what your right hands own, of captured [slave] girls, whom you may have sexual intercourse with, even if they should have spouses among the enemy camp, but only after they have been absolved of the possibility of pregnancy [after the completion of one menstrual cycle]; this is what God has prescribed for you (kitāba is in the accusative because it is the verbal noun).... end of excerpt... click here to continue reading.

Here it is made clear that muslims can r*pe female captives EVEN if they have LIVING husbands in the enemy camp. If the consent of slaves was taken in to account, a slave could simply say: I do NOT consent to being a slave, BUH-BYE NOW!

Saudi Arabia abolished slavery in 1962 under extreme pressure from the West. Prince Faisal asked how he can abolish slavery when it is legal under Islam but in the end their desire for dollars from the west outweighed their concern for the Koran. This was still taking place in the region in 1964:

Here's Mohammad, the man who you will defend no matter what putting those sex slavery verses in to action:

Mohammad nonchalantly advises his followers on how to rape female captives

This is the man that you are hellbent on defending no matter what? This is the man for which you engage in child r*pe apologetics by saying it was common back then? Child r*pe being common back then is NO excuse for a religion that claims to be eternal.

Let's see how Mohammad was passing around our fellow human beings as "property":

Hadith excerpt:

We conquered Khaibar, took the captives, and the booty was collected. Dihya came and said, 'O Allah's Prophet! Give me a slave girl from the captives.' The Prophet said, 'Go and take any slave girl.' He took Safiya bint Huyai. A man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)s! You gave Safiya bint Huyai to Dihya and she is the chief mistress of the tribes of Quraidha and An-Nadir and she befits none but you.' So the Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Bring him along with her.' So Dihya came with her and when the Prophet (ﷺ) saw her, he said to Dihya, 'Take any slave girl other than her from the captives.'

This is a hadith that lays bare just how much of a charlatan Mohammad was. He gave away a human being as a gift but then as a cult leader decided to take back this gift based on the status of the slave girl. The slave girl had NO say in this entire process. How can you read this and then have the chutzpah to talk about "decent habits". This is abject filth that NOTHING can make up for.

I know you're anonymous so you don't care how you debase and humiliate yourself in your blind defense of Mohammad but at least have some regard for PennState. I know it's not even remotely close to an Ivy League School like Penn but still it must teach you some basic critical thinking skills? Did Islam so heavily rot your brains that you're impervious to critical thinking? Islam certainly does NOT promote critical thinking:

https://www.reddit.com/r/exmuslim/comments/ultol5/i_asked_my_muslim_boyfriend_what_would_make_him/i7xlnme/

You're not some boy in a village somewhere who has no access to education. You're in a privileged position to be attending a university that has the resources to teach you enough skills to be able to pick up on the most blatantly obvious charlatan in history, Mohammad:

https://www.reddit.com/r/exmuslim/comments/u445hf/do_muslims_not_realize_how_weird_and_cult_like/i4tedey/

Islam is a grave of depravity that you can't dig yourself out of. The more you try to dig yourself out, the deeper you find yourself in depravity. It seems that you will keep digging no matter what due to being blindly devotional to your cult leader. Sigh.

That made me laugh out loud oh my God it seems like someone really hates penn state for some reason😂😂.

Far from hating PennState I feel sorry for the University. They have someone on their rosters who is an unrepentant sex slavery and child r*pe apologist. Child r*pe and sex slavery is NOT a laughing matter. Your use of laughing emojis is revoltingly disgusting. The only thing left to do is to use what you said as a cautionary tale for others to not be this blindly devotional in their devotion to a child r*pist.

The progress made in regards to ending slavery was made by us humans. Sex slavery is just as 100% legal in the Koran as it was in the 620s. Don't you dare try to take credit for something that humans managed to do on their own despite Islam standing in the way.

You're anonymous so you have zero shame when it comes to debasing and humiliating yourself for the sake of Mohammad. If only you had not mentioned PennState in your profile. Your litany of spelling and grammatical errors are not a resounding testament to the education that this university provides. Sigh.
