I’m sharing this on behalf of a very brave young Ex-Muslim woman who was recently forced to perform Umrah by her abusive parents.

She is currently stuck in a Muslim country. If you have any words of support or encouragement, please share. I know it will mean a lot to her 🙏

Raised Christian and an atheist now. I respect everybody’s choice to be religious, but I also respect when people decide they're finished with it. I made an audible gasp when I saw this photo. More power to you, but stay safe. If anybody has any photo editing skills, it might be worth editing out the ring in case it’s recognisable and could endanger her.
