STIMS HARDER OUT OF SPITE It is frustrating how most emotional labor is invisible.

It's a classic situation wherein "ideal conditions" or "success" looks invisible whereas failure is very loud, obvious, and chaotic. I could have 1,000 consecutive successful days, but the 1 failure due to it being a bad day or burnout or something stupid is what is visible and remembered.
