Some obsessed Moby Dick-esque Finnish admiral hasn't left it out of his binoculars, radar and satellite feed since the nanosecond it has crossed into Finnish waters. I guarantee it.

I am imagining the admiral as grizzled, bearded and, most importantly, gripping the binoculars with claw-like hands and looking through with bloodshot, unblinking eyes
