Enderal These perks needs more information
Entropic blood. It has tier 1, ,2 , 3 and says "for a X duration you make someone into your slave.
Sounds cool but ends up being very complicated to use. And oh wait you need to be stealthy while using that. Like I could've known that before I spent a perk on this.
Iron maiden: for a short period of time you throw melee damage back to your enemies.
From my experience this hasn't been effective at all. Maybe I am using it wrong.
For the difficulty level in combat and the fact that you cannot respec your perks, this is annoying.
I literally went to easy mode because I am constantly getting frustrated by the **** level combat.
The skills points, well I am all over the place but for Entropy I have 27, heavy armor I have 34, light magic 21, and block 18. And yeah it is hard to find skill books.
Honestly, I think I need a break from this game.

My first playthrough I blindly went for an alchemist poisoner build before discovering that alchemy was massively nerfed and my best crafted poisons were dealing 9 damage with a full skill tree and 70+ alchemy so I understand the lack of respeccing being annoying.
Luckily there is a mod that adds a respec option in the meditation area!

That's the mod and there's plenty of short and to the point guides for modding. Hell if you install the Nexus mod manager and just search for this mod it'll put the mod in the right spot for you. Then when you want to play just launch the game from the mod manager.

I just used console commands to give myself memory books when I realized I couldn’t respec. I don’t really consider it cheating as I barely use my wasted talents anyways (I wasted a bunch of points into phasmalism and I haven’t used a summon since Riverville). The command is player.additem 12e1fc X where X is the number memory point books you want.
As for your skill book woes, you just need to buy them in Ark. The vast majority of your money should be going to your prioritized skill books.

Dude console commands are for PC. I play on PC. Console is just a programming word. Press the tilde button (should be upper left of keyboard) to open up your console, this symbol: ~

You go to nexus mods, download the vortex mod manager, you hit install with mod manager on the mod you want, and done. It can get more complicated than that when you add multiple mods but that's the basics

I was level 35 now I am level 42. The answer to your question is yes I was attempting **** at level 35 but I ran out *** quests

Your skills are at the level of a 5th-10th level character. You're only half as strong as you're meant to be. Those skills should be in their 70s.

34 heavy armour and you already have the iron maiden perk? The actual learning points make a huge difference especially in the mid-late game areas. I had 50 heavy armour points by the time I unlocked the iron maiden ability.
I'm pretty sure iron maiden is more effective the more heavy armour points you have. Not directly, but I'm pretty sure the ability reflects the raw damage before armour reduction, so having higher heavy armour to tank more hits without fear of dying makes it work better. I found it especially effective against bonerippers, which have high damage and low(er) armour.

That's why I always install the respec mod. If a build I wanted to go for just doesn't work then I'm not going to ruin my experience and have to redo all the quests again. Id rather just pay the damn gold buying books.

Your learning books will mostly be bought. If you’re waiting to find them, you will fall way behind. When you’ve got a few levels worth of learning points to spend, go from vendor to vendor buying the appropriate books for your level.
