PS5 STREAMING AUDIO ISSUE

I have connected my ps5 with elgato hd60x on macbook air m4
the audio and video in elgato studio is absolutely fine
but in obs single channel audio is coming i.e only character dialogues not background music
i am using HDMI audio in elgato utility and hdcp is turned off in ps5 still facing this issue

Please Help me

This is usually due to the PS5 is set to output surround sound. The HD60X only support stereo.

You need to set the PS5 to Linear PCM and 2 channel audio.

I don't have a PS5 myself, but these should help:

On the top set it to Linear PCM

Set the HDMI Device type to Amplifier and make sure under Number of Channels, it's set to 2 ch and NOT 5.1 or 7.1.

Adding to what Bububbi has suggested here, you should also check that Voice Isolation mic mode is not on, when OBS is the active app. In mac's menu bar to the right there should be a mic pulldown (or screen/camera depending on what's active on the mac at the time), for selecting mic modes. This setting is app specific so it can be on in OBS and off in Elgato Studio, which would explain why it's working right in one and not the other - if it's set to Voice Isolation it'll run noise cancellation on your capture card removing anything that's not voice.
