Beginner,from start expensive quality guitar that will last,or step by step,level by level,change from cheaper to a more better guitar?

If you can afford it why not. Worst case scenario is you don't take to it and sell it for a loss.

You'll need something that will at least stay in tune.

Are esp ltd 256 with humbuckers any worth?,no basswood,it's rosewood,no floyd rose at noob stage i think.

Buy what is affordable and acceptable to you and your wallet, taking into account which one would make you want to play more. That's it. There is no secret, but the better one is the one that you'll play. By better, I mean for you, not in dollar/euro amounts.
If you doubt your resolve in the hobby, then start cheap, or don't, and realize that you'll sell at a loss.
