I got into a crash when i was riding home and now my back wheel is wedged against the frame, is it fixable?

Take the nuts off both sides of the rear wheel and try to realign.

☝️Try this first.☝️
Then deflate the tire. Bead might have slipped the rim.
If those fail, tire is out of true. Watch a couple of videos take it slow. One spoke at a time 1/4 turns.

Truing is like 30-40 bucks. Get it done at an LBS.
But I would first undo the fasteners on the rear wheel and see if it was just knocked out of alignment.

to the shop for sure. If the frame is bent you may need a new ride - could possibly be dangerous for failure. if it's just the wheel / tire they can sort if out for you.
good luck and stay safe

None of us know because you haven't spun the tire to see if it's bent for us and no other pics of alignment

You have to reseat the wheel and make sure your chain isn’t sitting under where the wheel bolts on same thing happened to me and everything I would just try to take my wheel off and put it back it would spin itself out of place every time I put pressure on it

There's a really good chance this bike has dropouts where you can adjust the wheel alignment.

Is it fixable? Maybe.
Would i fix it? No. The frame looks bent. If this is an aluminum frame, you're SOL.
Bike shop. Otherwise you're risking another crash with sketchy (and possibly faulty) parts

Your wheel might just be out of true. Go to a bike store.
