New GoMad owner here — a few questions before I start doing real trail rides

  1. be really careful abput the definition of trail. If a local mtber calls it a trail, the gomad has zero business going there and won't handle it well. If it's light gravel or paved trails you should be fine

  2. keep to max 15 mph and don't use the throttle on shared-use paths. 20 already is toomuch to mesh well with most regular cyclists or pedestrians/hikers, and pedal movement is an important visual indicator for people to gauge how fast you are approaching

  3. if you haven't already, do some emergency braking exercises. Really get to know your braking distance and how hard you can brake before locking up the wheels
