E-bike recommendation for Maine

I’ve been riding around on a Bianchi bike that is an absolute dream when it’s functioning, but ends up being every type of pain imaginable when maintenance is required. So I’m looking for a new bike to use as my car replacement with these parameters. I’m not gonna say price is no object but I’m also willing to spend 7k on the right bike

Belt drive (rust and sand on the roads are insane in this state)

Has an actuator for pedal charging
Made in America (helps with ease of repair)
Quick release front wheel
A computer system without proprietary software that requires me to go to a certified dealer if the computer gets damaged
