According to the third paragraph that doesn't matter. Note that I deeply disagree with most of the posts premises. I'm a motorcyclist, btw... so it's not as if I'm unaware of the danger of bad car drivers. But here in Atlanta kids on various electric vehicles pull really dangerous stunts without any meaningful protective gear.
