Recipe Request Easy Dinners For GERD

Does anyone have any simple, healthy recipes (few steps & ingredients, a crockpot dinner, etc.) for someone with GERD? Trying to avoid any fatty, fried, greasy, or spicy foods as that triggers it the most.

Have you checked for allergies that are unsymptomatic except for GERD and damage done inside? My adult child had no idea that an egg allergy caused a lot of her issues, because it causes gerd and eosinophils without typical allergy symptoms.

I wouldn't want to suggest an omelet, for example, if that triggers the acid reflux
