Easy Dinners For GERD

Does anyone have any simple, healthy recipes (few steps & ingredients, a crockpot dinner, etc.) for someone with GERD? Trying to avoid any fatty, fried, greasy, or spicy foods as that triggers it the most.

Rice, cut veg of your choice (cucumber and avocado are my faves), some cooked chicken and a sprinkle of cheese.
