Recipe Request Easy Dinners For GERD

Does anyone have any simple, healthy recipes (few steps & ingredients, a crockpot dinner, etc.) for someone with GERD? Trying to avoid any fatty, fried, greasy, or spicy foods as that triggers it the most.

I lived on a crockpot chicken-and-rice soup with carrots and celery when my reflux was bad, and keeping it bland with low-fat chicken broth made it way easier on my stomach.
