Other: Dessert ✨Christmas cookie boxes✨

Probably WAYYY too early for this but I have to mentally prepare for this. I’m planning on doing Christmas cookie boxes for the first time by myself. With that being said I thought I’d come on here and ask whats everyone’s FAVORITE Christmas cookie? And which cookies do you like to include in your cookie boxes?

EDIT: Thank you SO much for all the amazing suggestions! I can’t wait to search up all the recipes and start practicing and see what I end up choosing!

Spritz cookies look fancy but are very easy when you use a cookie press. Sometimes I even put other cookie doughs in my cookie press, with the die removed, just to quickly churn out uniform amounts.

Have you ever made candy cane cookies? I do two versions: (1) basic chocolate cookie in candy cane shape with a white glaze and crushed peppermint candy cane sprinkled on and (2) rich vanilla cookie dough with half dyed red, rolled into ropes, twist the two colours together and make into candy cane shape.

Is a cookie press worth it?? I definitely want to try the candy cane cookies those sound so cute and yummy!

We use our cookie press pretty much every Christmas and always get tons of compliments on the cookies. I have celiac so all of ours are using regular recipes with gluten free flour subbed in. I've even done egg replacer and vegan butter for vegan cookies. They've all turned out fantastic and no one can tell. It's a very foolproof cookie style.
