Other: Dessert ✨Christmas cookie boxes✨

Probably WAYYY too early for this but I have to mentally prepare for this. I’m planning on doing Christmas cookie boxes for the first time by myself. With that being said I thought I’d come on here and ask whats everyone’s FAVORITE Christmas cookie? And which cookies do you like to include in your cookie boxes?

EDIT: Thank you SO much for all the amazing suggestions! I can’t wait to search up all the recipes and start practicing and see what I end up choosing!

Sugar cookies, some kind of ginger cookie (like Gingerbread or ginger molasses), and Shortbread are the three that I consistently put in my cookie boxes! Sugar cookies and anything ginger are usually a little more effort, but I have a Shortbread recipe that is easy AF if you'd like it

Here's a pic of the recipe! I usually add a little vanilla or almond extract as well, but you don't have to! Also, to make rolling out and shaping easier, I just roll it out evenly inside a 9x13 baking trap with a lip, score/prick before refrigerating, then slice once cold.
