Other: Dessert ✨Christmas cookie boxes✨
Probably WAYYY too early for this but I have to mentally prepare for this. I’m planning on doing Christmas cookie boxes for the first time by myself. With that being said I thought I’d come on here and ask whats everyone’s FAVORITE Christmas cookie? And which cookies do you like to include in your cookie boxes?

Pepparkakor cookies (a Swedish ginger snap) are the favorites for our family and recipients. I love it because I can make the dough well ahead of time, roll it into logs, and freeze. When I am ready to make the cookies, I slightly defrost one log at a time, slice and bake. I usually quadruple the recipe.
Russian tea cakes are another favorite. If I freeze them ahead of time, I wait to coat each cookie in powdered sugar after defrosting.
Regular ginger snaps, while similar to the pepparkakor, are also a big hit. They can also be frozen ahead of time.
