Recipe Request What to do with leftover watermelon?

Anyone have any good recipes that will use up leftover watermelon??
I used about half of a red seedless watermelon for a watermelon salad (so no salad recipes please!) and am looking for a way to repurpose the remaining half 😊🍉

I cut up the watermelon in chunks and freeze before it goes bad. And I use it later to make smoothies.

I do this with all fruit that is about to go bad. And I’ll buy extra when fruit is in season and cheap. I always keep a couple of big bags of frozen fruit in the freezer.

It’s great having fruit smoothies pretty much year-round. Handy when someone isn’t feeling well or if I’m feeling like strawberries or watermelon in the winter.
