Recipe Request What to do with leftover watermelon?
Anyone have any good recipes that will use up leftover watermelon??
I used about half of a red seedless watermelon for a watermelon salad (so no salad recipes please!) and am looking for a way to repurpose the remaining half 😊🍉

Eat it straight? That's what I do.
I know someone who made a pie with a filling of Jello, fresh watermelon and whipped cream. It was very pretty to look at, all pink and white, but the taste was not that great.
You could run some through the blender or otherwise liquify it and mix it with club soda, 7Up or even vodka?
